SISTEM TRACKING STOK REMPAH BERBASIS QR CODE DENGAN NOTIFIKASI REAL- TIME STUDI KASUS : TOKO HERA REMPAH

Abstrak

The development of information technology drives efficiency in inventory management, especially in retail businesses with limited shelf life products such as spices. Hera Rempah Store, which still uses a manual system, faces various obstacles such as data inaccuracy, wasted time, and the risk of financial loss. This research aims to create and design a system also using UML in the form of usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams, and will be tested using Black Box Testing. in implementing a QR Code-based spice stock tracking system and real-time notifications in the form of a website application with the address https://herarempah.my.id/login.php for admin login and https://herarempah.my.id/manager/login.php for owner access. using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This system enables accurate product identification, automatic stock monitoring, and alerts when stock reaches the minimum limit. The application of web technology also provides access flexibility, cloud storage integration, and increased business productivity. Through the RAD method, the system is developed quickly and according to user needs. The expected result is an efficient, accurate stock management system that is able to support the sustainability of Hera Rempah Store's business in the digital era.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong efisiensi dalam manajemen inventaris, terutama pada bisnis retail dengan produk berdaya simpan terbatas seperti rempah-rempah. Toko Hera Rempah, yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti ketidakakuratan data, pemborosan waktu, dan risiko kerugian finansial. Sistem ini memungkinkan identifikasi produk yang akurat, pemantauan stok secara otomatis, serta peringatan saat stok mencapai batas minimum. Penerapan teknologi web juga memberikan fleksibilitas akses, integrasi cloud storage, dan peningkatan produktivitas bisnis. Melalui metode RAD, sistem dikembangkan secara cepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah sistem manajemen stok yang efisien, akurat, dan mampu mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis Toko Hera Rempah di era digital.
