HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN JOBSHEET TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA KULIAH PRAKTEK PENGGUNAAN DAN PENGATURAN MOTOR LISTRIK PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan jobsheet terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei. Dalam penelitian ini adapun populasi yang diambil adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan Teknik Elektro stambuk 2021 di Universitas Negeri Medan dengan total populasi adalah 62 mahasiswa. Dengan rincian kelas A = 23 mahasiswa, kelas B = 20 mahasiswa dan kelas C = 19 mahasiswa. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel, maka peneliti menggunakan rumus teori arikunto maka didapatkan dari kelas A = 4 mahasiswa, dari kelas B = 7 dan dari kelas C = 4 maka jumlah total mahasiswa yang diangkat sebagai sampel adalah 15 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba normalitas dengan menggunakan uji Shapiro Wilk diperoleh Shitung = 1,35. Nilai tersebut lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai Stabel = 0,95 pada taraf α = 0,05 dengan jumlah n = 15, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Shitung > Stabel yang artinya data tersebut berdistribusi normal. thitung = 10,584 ttabel = 2,160 thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak yang artinya ada penggaruh penggunaan jobsheet dengan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara penggunaan jobsheet dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penggunaan jobsheet dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah tersebut.

This research aims to determine the effect of using job sheets on student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through surveys. In this study, the population taken was students majoring in Electrical Engineering education, Stambuk 2021 at Medan State University with a total population of 62 students. To determine the sample size, the researcher used the Arikunto theory formula so that from class A = 4 students, from class B = 7 and from class C = 4, the total number of students appointed as samples was 15 students. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through surveys. Based on the results of the normality test using the Shapiro Wilk test, the calculation was obtained = 1.35. This value is greater than the value Stable = 0.95 at the level α = 0.05 with a total of n = 15, so it can be concluded that Count > Stable, which means the data is normally distributed. tcount = 10,584 ttable = 2,160 tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected, which means there is an influence of the use of job sheets on learning outcomes. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between the use of job sheets and student learning outcomes. The use of job sheets can be used as an effective learning medium to increase students' understanding of the course.
