SR Fashion Style merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian pria dan wanita, berlokasi di Kecamatan Teluknaga, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Dalam operasionalnya, seluruh proses bisnis—mulai dari pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan stok, hingga pemasaran produk—masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, ketidakakuratan data stok, serta keterbatasan jangkauan pasar. Belum adanya integrasi antara penjualan offline dan online menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing usaha. Tujuan dari kerja praktek ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem marketplace dan Point-of-Sale (POS) terintegrasi berbasis web untuk SR Fashion Style guna mendigitalisasi proses penjualan offline dan online secara terpusat. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna. Proses penelitian meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, studi pustaka, serta tahapan SDLC yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan teknologi Laravel sebagai backend, React sebagai frontend, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil kerja praktek ini berupa sistem terintegrasi yang mencakup modul marketplace untuk penjualan online, modul POS untuk transaksi offline berbasis kasir, manajemen produk dan stok, serta laporan penjualan terpadu. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dibangun diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi pengelolaan data, serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran SR Fashion Style di era ekonomi digital.
SR Fashion Style is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the retail sector for men's and women's clothing, located in Teluknaga District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. In its daily operations, all business processes — including transaction recording, inventory management, and product marketing — are still carried out manually, resulting in various problems such as recording errors, inaccurate stock data, and limited market reach. The absence of integration between offline and online sales has become the primary obstacle in improving operational efficiency and business competitiveness. The objective of this internship project is to design and develop an integrated web-based marketplace and Point-of-Sale (POS) system for SR Fashion Style, aimed at centralizing and digitalizing both offline and online sales processes. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a user-needs-oriented approach. The research process included field observation, interviews with the business owner, literature review, and the SDLC stages encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using Laravel as the backend framework, React as the frontend library, and MySQL as the database management system. The outcome of this internship project is an integrated system comprising a marketplace module for online sales, a POS module for cashier-based offline transactions, product and inventory management, and a consolidated sales reporting feature. System testing demonstrated that all core features operate in accordance with user requirements. The developed system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, improve data management accuracy, and expand the marketing reach of SR Fashion Style in the current digital economy era.
