PENERAPAN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEKNIK MESIN: MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN DAN KETERAMPILAN SISWA DALAM KONTEKS INDUSTRI OTOMASI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan komunikasi efektif dalam konteks pembelajaran teknik mesin untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam industri otomasi. Komunikasi efektif merupakan kemampuan untuk menyampaikan informasi dengan jelas dan berhasil dipahami oleh penerima. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menginvestigasi pemahaman siswa tentang komunikasi efektif, bagai mana cara penerapan komunikasi efektif, manfaat bagi siswa ketika guru menerapkan komunikasi efektif di kelas, dan teknik penyampaian yang efektif. Temuan penelitian menyoroti pentingnya komunikasi efektif dalam membantu siswa memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik dan keterampilan yang ditingkatkan dalam konteks industri otomasi. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan panduan bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran teknik mesin di era industri otomasi melalui praktik komunikasi yang efektif.     

This research explores the application of effective communication in the context of mechanical engineering learning to improve students' understanding and skills in the automation industry. Effective communication is the ability to convey information clearly and successfully understood by the recipient. Using a quantitative approach, this research investigates students' understanding of effective communication, how to implement effective communication, the benefits for students when teachers implement effective communication in the classroom, and effective delivery techniques. The research findings highlight the importance of effective communication in helping students gain a better understanding and enhanced skills in the context of the automation industry. The practical implication of this research is to provide guidance for educators to increase the effectiveness of mechanical engineering learning in the era of industrial automation through effective communication practice.
